REGOLAMENTO

1. "Team Soler" accetterá solo una foto per fan.

2. La foto deve essere inviata tramite email: teamsoleritaly@gmail.com

3. Le foto di fans minorenni verranno pubblicate SOLO se accompagnate da dichiarazione    

    scritta di genitori o chi ne fa le veci.

    Per dare il consenso si prega di scaricare il modulo sottostante e inviarlo compilato in ogni

    sua parte per email a "Team Soler".

4. Inviando le proprie foto, si accetta quanto segue:

    a) le foto vengono cedute a titolo gratuito, senza limiti di tempo, anche ai sensi della    

         legislazione vigente in Italia (artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. e artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633,  

         Legge sul diritto d’autore);

    b) la pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle proprie immagini sul sito internet di

         “Team Soler”, su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione di „Team Soler”;       c) le foto saranno conservate negli archivi informatici di “Team Soler”;

    d) le finalità di tali pubblicazioni sono meramente di carattere informativo ed eventualmente

         promozionale.

5. I dati personali forniti saranno utilizzati solo per le sopracitate finalitá e secondo  

    la legislazione vigente in Italia (D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. "Team Soler" will accept only one photo per fan.

2. The photo has to be sent by email: teamsoleritaly@gmail.com

3. The photos of under 18 fans will be published ONLY with a written authorization from their

    parents or a legal guardian. In order to give the consent, please fill in the form downloadable

    here below and send it back via email to "Team Soler".

4. By sending their photos, it is accepted the following:

    a) photos will be given free of charge, without limitation of time, also under the Italian law

        (art. 10 and 320 cod. civ. and art. 96 and 97 Law 22.4.1941, no. 633, Copyright law);

    b) publication and/or dissemination in any form of their images on the "Team Soler"

         website, on printed media and /or any other means of broadcasting of Team Soler;

    c) the retention of photos and of the videos themselves in the "Team Soler" archives and    

        notes;

    d) the purpose of these publications is purely informational and possibly promotional.

5. Personal data will be used only for the above-mentioned purpose and under the current  

    Italian law (D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).
